All 11 Formats

Each format follows platform-specific best practices. Here's what you get with each:

1. LinkedIn Post

800-1,200 characters. Starts with a powerful hook (bold statement, surprising fact, or question). Short paragraphs with white space. Ends with a call-to-action question. 2-4 emojis max. No hashtags (they reduce reach on LinkedIn).

2. Twitter/X Thread

5-8 tweets, each under 280 characters. Tweet 1 is a standalone hook. Each tweet delivers one insight. Final tweet is a CTA. Formatted as [1/N], [2/N], etc.

3. Instagram Caption

First line is the hook (visible before "more"). Body is 3-5 conversational sentences. Ends with an engaging question. Includes 15-20 relevant hashtags.

4. Carousel Script

7-10 slides. Slide 1 is a punchy cover headline. Each content slide has a bold title + 2-3 bullets. Final slide is a CTA with who you are.

5. Short Video Script (45-60 seconds)

Structured as: Hook [0-4s] → Setup [4-12s] → 3 Key Points [12-48s] → CTA [48-60s]. Includes B-roll suggestions. Written in spoken, conversational language.

6. Long Video Script (8-12 minutes)

Structured as: Hook [0-30s] → Intro [30s-90s] → 4-5 Sections with timestamps → Outro. Includes B-roll suggestions and visual cue notes. Conversational, uses "you" extensively.

7. Blog Article

Includes SEO title (60-65 chars), meta description (155 chars), intro with hook/problem/promise, 4-5 H2 sections with examples, conclusion with CTA. 8th-grade reading level.

8. Email Newsletter

Subject line (5-9 words), preview text, greeting, lead story (hook + body + takeaway), CTA section, sign-off. 500-700 words. Written like you're emailing one person.

9. PDF / Lead Magnet

Title + subtitle, intro page, 4 chapters (each with content + exercises), resources page, next steps page. Designed to be given to a designer for layout.

10. Presentation Deck

Title slide, agenda (4-5 items), 10 content slides (title + bullets + speaker notes), key takeaways, Q&A slide. Includes visual suggestions.

11. Book Chapter

Chapter title, story-driven opener, 4 sections with teaching/stories/examples, chapter close with synthesis, key insight box. 2,500-3,500 words. Written like Malcolm Gladwell or Cal Newport.
